About Viet Anh Pham
Viet Anh Pham is a British Vietnamese entrepreneur and executive. He is the founding CEO of Pham Industries Ltd - a UK representative office for some of Vietnam's most esteemed companies and family office.
As of 2009 Viet Anh has been involved in major business projects in Vietnam via Pham Industries Ltd. Through his companies Viet Anh is responsible for calling investments towards some of Vietnam’s most prominent projects by working with the nation’s most illustrious companies. His pursuit led to investment in the now valued USD$250 million Cashmore designed Son My Villa Golf and Residential Resort project, and cooperation with former Kansai Vinashin (former member of Vinashin Group until acquisition by Song Da-Thang Long JSC) on various projects; including projects related to Vietnam’s USD$2 billion Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway project (The country’s largest ever road building project) among countless others.
Through the intermediary of former Kansai Vinashin Mr Pham worked on projects by Vietnamese group VIDIFI (Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Joint Stock Company) on encouraging foreign direct investments (FDI) towards numerous coordinative projects along the nation’s expressway developments in Hanoi, Hung Yen province, Hai Duong province and Hai Phong. Projects here includes Science Park, Gia Lam/Cat Trang urban area, industrial zones and Cat Hai Island industrial service trade complex located in Cat Hai island with an area of 2'800ha. At the time the total estimated value of investments required was USD$4.07 billion. Viet Anh also worked on other related projects with VIDIFI including urban zones, tourism, office buildings, village, and high class condominiums projects in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province with estimated worth of USD$2.3 billion. Other projects with other organizations include; island golf resort, commercial complex, offices buildings, multi-function centre, and eco-parks.
Mr Pham's services are in constant demands from domestic companies and FOEs (Foreign Owned Enterprises) for calling investments, consultation, and international trade. As of 2011 Mr Pham will be managing the new London office for GP FUND (Global Petroleum Fund Management Join Stock Company) a fund management company in Vietnam founded by key members of GP Bank and Petro Vietnam Group, and strategic partners from U.S.A. and Korea.

Investment Promotion

- To develop international association with local and foreign investment promotion organizations, to arrange local and foreign enterprises to study business opportunities and partners, to provide such related services as setting up investment projects, conducting post-approval procedures, arranging meetings and site-seeing at Vietnamese enterprises, translating and interpreting, business specialists, conference room and office services.
- To provide consultancy on Vietnamese investment policy including investment association with foreign partners in various business and production fields, analysis on advantages and disadvantages for particular projects.
- To provide consultancy on investment approval possibility for particular projects, analysis on shortcomings and eligible conditions as per legal regulations and thus to provide adjustment recommendation to get approval from Vietnam authorities.

Encompassing activities that range from renovation and leasing properties to purchasing raw land and land development.
